By booking a service with Sparkle & Shine Seattle (a DBA of TaskGlider LLC), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Offered
- Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Out Cleaning
- Recurring Cleaning
- Airbnb Turnovers
- Add-on services (laundry, dishes, interior appliances, upholstery)
2. Pricing, Discounts & Invoicing
- Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted after a walkthrough.
- Payments are securely collected via Stripe or PayPal.
- We may offer discounts, which will be reflected in your final invoice.
- A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is:
- Applied toward your total service
- Non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Rescheduling is free with 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the $50 deposit.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to property
- Secure pets and valuables
- Ensure power and water access during service
5. Damages & Liability
We are insured. Please report any damages within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.
